Payment methods
Dear customers, Власні двері offers the following payment options:
- Cash payment in our branded showrooms.
- Payment to the bank account or via IBAN.
- Online acquiring via PrivatBank (“Liqpay”) or Monobank.
- Installment payment from PrivatBank.
- Installment purchase from Monobank (4 payments without commission; a fee is charged only if you increase the number of payments in the app).
Requirements for using “Installment Purchase” from Monobank:
- Be a Monobank client.
- Have a smartphone with the Monobank app.
- Check the available installment limit.
- Have sufficient balance on the credit card account for the first payment.
- Card payment restores the credit limit.
Payment terms
- Advance payment: The Customer pays part of the cost of the Goods within 3 business days from the date of signing the Specification (Clause 3.3.1). The advance amount is specified in the Specification.
- Second payment: The second part is paid within 3 business days after the Contractor notifies that the order is ready for shipment (Clause 3.3.2).
- Work payment: The cost of installation and other works is paid on the day of signing the Certificate of Acceptance of completed works (Clause 3.3.3).
- Early payment: The Customer has the right to pay 100% of the contract value in advance (Clause 3.4).
- Currency of payment: Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia, in cash or by bank transfer (Clause 3.5).
- Price adjustment: If the USD exchange rate rises by more than 5% compared to the contract signing date, the Contractor may adjust the price. The difference must be paid within 5 banking days (Clause 3.6).
Delivery terms
- Warehouse delivery: Doors in stock are delivered within 7 days.
- For Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro: delivery is made within 3 days from the date of payment.
- For other regions of Ukraine: delivery is made within 7 days. Cost is determined according to carrier tariffs.
- Readiness period: The Contractor notifies of readiness after receiving the advance payment (Clause 4.1).
- Delivery address: Delivery is made to the address specified in the Specification within 14 calendar days after notification of readiness and full payment (Clause 4.3).
- Storage at warehouse: If the Goods are not collected within 14 days after notification, a storage fee is charged – 50 UAH per unit (block) per day beyond the free storage period (Clause 4.5).
- Delivery after storage: Delivery is carried out only after full payment for storage and agreement of a new delivery date (Clause 4.7).
- Installation: Performed at the delivery address within 14 business days after delivery, provided the premises are ready (Clauses 4.9–4.10).
- Conditions for installation: The Customer must provide access to the premises, lighting, electricity, a working elevator and proper microclimate (temperature from +20°C, humidity ≤45%) (Clause 4.11).
Important
- The Customer or their authorized representative must be present during delivery and installation (Clause 4.13).
- The Contractor is not responsible for delays if the delivery date and time were not agreed due to the Customer’s fault (Clause 4.3).
- If payment is not made or the storage act is not signed, the Contractor has the right to suspend delivery (Clause 4.8).
