{"id":239,"date":"2019-12-11T17:37:26","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T14:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vlasni-dveri.com.ua\/?page_id=239"},"modified":"2026-05-26T12:41:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T10:41:32","slug":"oplata-i-dostavka","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vlasni-dveri.com.ua\/en\/oplata-i-dostavka\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment and delivery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3>Payment methods<\/h3>\n<p>Dear customers, <strong>\u0412\u043b\u0430\u0441\u043d\u0456 \u0434\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0456<\/strong> offers the following payment options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash payment in our branded showrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Payment to the bank account or via IBAN.<\/li>\n<li>Online acquiring via PrivatBank (\u201cLiqpay\u201d) or Monobank.<\/li>\n<li>Installment payment from PrivatBank.<\/li>\n<li>Installment purchase from Monobank (4 payments without commission; a fee is charged only if you increase the number of payments in the app).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements for using \u201cInstallment Purchase\u201d from Monobank:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a Monobank client.<\/li>\n<li>Have a smartphone with the Monobank app.<\/li>\n<li>Check the available installment limit.<\/li>\n<li>Have sufficient balance on the credit card account for the first payment.<\/li>\n<li>Card payment restores the credit limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payment terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Advance payment:<\/strong> The Customer pays part of the cost of the Goods within 3 business days from the date of signing the Specification (Clause 3.3.1). The advance amount is specified in the Specification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Second payment:<\/strong> The second part is paid within 3 business days after the Contractor notifies that the order is ready for shipment (Clause 3.3.2).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work payment:<\/strong> The cost of installation and other works is paid on the day of signing the Certificate of Acceptance of completed works (Clause 3.3.3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early payment:<\/strong> The Customer has the right to pay 100% of the contract value in advance (Clause 3.4).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency of payment:<\/strong> Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia, in cash or by bank transfer (Clause 3.5).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price adjustment:<\/strong> If the USD exchange rate rises by more than 5% compared to the contract signing date, the Contractor may adjust the price. The difference must be paid within 5 banking days (Clause 3.6).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Warehouse delivery:<\/strong> Doors in stock are delivered within 7 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro:<\/strong> delivery is made within 3 days from the date of payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For other regions of Ukraine:<\/strong> delivery is made within 7 days. Cost is determined according to carrier tariffs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Readiness period:<\/strong> The Contractor notifies of readiness after receiving the advance payment (Clause 4.1).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery address:<\/strong> Delivery is made to the address specified in the Specification within 14 calendar days after notification of readiness and full payment (Clause 4.3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage at warehouse:<\/strong> If the Goods are not collected within 14 days after notification, a storage fee is charged \u2013 50 UAH per unit (block) per day beyond the free storage period (Clause 4.5).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery after storage:<\/strong> Delivery is carried out only after full payment for storage and agreement of a new delivery date (Clause 4.7).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Installation:<\/strong> Performed at the delivery address within 14 business days after delivery, provided the premises are ready (Clauses 4.9\u20134.10).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditions for installation:<\/strong> The Customer must provide access to the premises, lighting, electricity, a working elevator and proper microclimate (temperature from +20\u00b0C, humidity \u226445%) (Clause 4.11).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer or their authorized representative must be present during delivery and installation (Clause 4.13).<\/li>\n<li>The Contractor is not responsible for delays if the delivery date and time were not agreed due to the Customer\u2019s fault (Clause 4.3).<\/li>\n<li>If payment is not made or the storage act is not signed, the Contractor has the right to suspend delivery (Clause 4.8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Payment methods Dear customers, \u0412\u043b\u0430\u0441\u043d\u0456 \u0434\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0456 offers the following payment options: Cash payment in our branded showrooms.
