The manager must provide the client with a return form, which is filled out by hand. A scanned copy or photocopy, together with the cashier&#8217;s receipt, is sent to the email address <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"779\"\n        data-end=\"804\">info@danaprisdoors.com.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"1031\">The application is approved within 3 business days, and the manager notifies the client. After that, the funds are transferred to the client&#8217;s account within 3 banking days, minus the costs associated with the logistical movement of the goods.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1118\">Internal doors of individual sizes are not subject to exchange and return<\/strong> and are regulated by the contract for supply and performance of works.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1211\"><strong data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1211\">Door handles are subject to exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1234\"><strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1234\">Exchange procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1661\">Client contacts the manager of the salon where he purchased the door handles, or the hotline. When contacting, he indicates the reason and accompanies the application with photo or video confirmation of the defect. All information is sent to the email<br \/>\n    address <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1482\">info@danaprisdoors.com.ua<\/a>. The application for exchange is considered within 3 days. In case of a positive decision, the seller places an order with the supplier,<br \/>\n    and the client returns the goods to be exchanged to the salon.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1869\">If an identical door handle is available, the exchange is carried out within 7 working days.
